Take a tour like you are truly there. Virtual tours change the way people and business book, buy, discover and explore. viewers can immerse themselves in our high resolution tours that allow them to effectively judge size, space, and dimension
What makes our tours so effective? They engage your website visitors in the experience of your property. They can step into the image and see themselves there. That is a crucial step in any sale process.

Your internet presence is critical to your bottom line. Maximize it.
Studies have shown that when online visitors were offered 360 tours they were 67% more likely to book a room online.
Last year over 57% of accommodation bookings in New Zealand were booked directly online. At least another third of hotel bookings are directly influenced by online research, but booked offline.
The web is particularly important to resorts and travel attractions. 85% of leisure travellers consider the internet their main source of travel planning. To compete your site needs to stand out and hold their attention. Our virtual tours do that.
Our 360 Virtual Tours can be included in social media postings on Facebook. They can be linked on most third party booking sites (Expedia etc.) significantly increasing bookings there.

Case study: Showhome. Open Tour
With a bewildering array of different floorplans and finishing styles, it can be very difficult for prospective new-build clients to imagine what a completed building will look like. The real estate tour is a great way to turn a 2D floor plan into a comprehensive walk-through which enables the client to put themselves right into the property and form an emotional bond to it before a single brick has been laid.
The pop-up information boxes enable fixtures and fittings to be described in detail, and the floorplan can be included on screen so that viewers can continually get their bearings within the building.
This type of tour can be used for home-building companies to display all their show homes on one website, or it is a useful addition to the marketing repertoire of any real estate agent or company. The tours are hosted on the YourTour360 servers, and can be “live” for as long as necessary.
Tours can be personalised with company colours on hotspots and navigation arrows, and Real Estate agents can have a “Contact me” button that links directly to an email or phone connection to them for the ultimate in customer engagement and service.
Case study: Aotea Lodge Open Tour
Aotea Lodge is a purpose-built luxury motel that wanted to showcase their contemporary facilities in a way that allowed visitors to experience the serenity and timeless design of their rooms before making a booking. We consulted with the owners and created a tour that featured each of the different room-styles available at the Lodge, emphasising the spacious nature of the rooms as well as the quality of the decor.
With a direct connection to their online booking platform making it easy for virtual visitors to book the room of their choice, Aotea Lodge saw their bookings climb in the months since their tour went live.
If a picture speaks a thousand words, then an online tour speaks a million more.
Case Study: Wanganui Girls’ College. Open Tour
As well as providing a top-class secondary education to the local community, Wanganui Girls’ College also hosts an increasing number of international students at their extensive facilities. With this end in mind, the Board of Trustees commissioned a comprehensive virtual tour so that the families of international students could entrust their children to the school with confidence, and the students could arrive to more familiar surroundings.
We worked with the Management team at the school to identify the features and buildings that were most commonly asked about by new students, and created a 27-point panoramic tour that showcased classrooms and facilities.
This type of virtual tour could be created for any large venue, event centre, commercial property or public arena.
Case Study: Cemetery Circuit, Wanganui. Open Tour
The Cemetery Circuit is an iconic street-racing event which has become a Boxing Day tradition among New Zealand motorbike and sidecar riders. The organising committee wanted a tour that could be used on their website to promote the event to the increasing number of overseas visitors and riders coming to NZ specifically to take part in or watch the racing.
While the tour sites were easy to choose, the shoot itself posed an interesting technical challenge as the competitors whizzed past the camera at speeds of up to150Km/hour.
However, as the end result shows, even fast-moving objects are not a problem to our photographic experts, and the tour had an unexpected benefit when the organisers wanted to showcase their new safety features to MNZ.
